whats-a-tumblr93 asked: I've heard a lot about crossfit from one of my teachers in high school who does the workouts. he helped me do a few workouts that he does every now and then. i also almost learned to do muscle-ups consistently but didnt go too well. haha well keep posting up more awesome stuff you have an amazing blog!
21 sumo high pulls 15 wall balls 9 burpees AMRAP (as many reps as possible) 15mins
10 handstand push ups 20 wall balls 30 toes to bar 40 power cleans 50 burpees 60 inverted rows WOD was a killer but loved it!
